Introducing our airbox repair kits for the 1982 to 1985 Suuki RM80's. Commonly on these bikes, the part that holds the air filter to the airbox body snaps off, this piece makes it so you can re use your original airbox and have the filter mounted like oem. This works with all the original hardware or our parts, such as the Air filter cage or Washer which we also sell. You will have to use your original retaining metal clip with version 1. This part comes with a replacement retaining washer which is identical to oem.
TWO VERSIONS
V1 - You use the original metal spring clip to hold the filter in (Spring clip not included), this is the correct way which retains the original mounting and look
V2 - We supply a stainless bolt which is press fit into the cage holder, we also include a smaller diameter filter washer and matching stainless wingnut for tooless filter removal. This is perfect for those who no longer have the original metal spring clip.
